Our Standards

The Materials

We use the best materials - each artist print you choose will be on 100% archival quality cotton canvas (390 gsm).

The pigment inks which we use offer superior colour and coverage which means that your artist print will be as true to the original as possible.

The frame stretchers (our limited prints come stretched and ready to hang when ordering in Australia and unstretched for overseas purchasers) are 3.2 cm thick heavy duty kiln fried frames from New Zealand plantation pine.

And finally to protect your wall print from chipping, scratching and environmental damage we apply a final laminate which aides in cleaning and increases colour vibrancy and contrast.

The Limited Editions

We absolutely guarantee that for each image no more than 50 limited edition artist prints will be sold.

The size of the artists print will be as near as possible to the original and numbered.

You will receive a numbered and signed (by me) Certificate of Authenticity with each limited edition print.

If you choose you can have your purchase listed on our private record of owners.  In this way we can help protect your asset and have the documentation of authenticity in your as well as our records.  Only your name (or name of owner) and address will be included in our records – no financial details will be retained in our records.

Your Order

Once you have placed your order and the financials have cleared your Garry Duncan Limited Edition Artists Print will usually be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of payment.  

You will be sent a confirmation email when you order and another when the artists print is shipped.  At that time you will get a tracking number that will help you and us to track your Garry Duncan as it is in transit to you.

If for some unforeseen reason there is a delay in the printing of your Garry Duncan Limited Edition Artists Print we will inform you by email and endeavour to dispatch your print as soon as possible.       

Refund and Replacement Policy

Each limited edition artists print is printed for you personally and part of a limited edition offer.

Each Certificate of Authenticity is numbered and signed for you.  

However to ensure your total satisfaction with your purchase we offer you a choice of refund or an exchange for another Garry Duncan if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.  

Replacement or refund if damaged in transit

Our printers ensure that all Garry Duncan artist prints are of the highest quality before sending them to you.  Should your print be damaged when you receive it we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

In order for us to provide the replacement you will need to:

• Check for damage upon receipt of your artists print.  
• Notify us immediately of any damage (No later than 48 hours of receipt of print).
• Return the artists print to us within 7 days of receipt.
• We will reimburse postage – print must be packed to the standard of original shipping and shipped via same standard as was posted to you.
• We will then provide a replacement print of the same image to you.  

Refund or exchange

If you are not happy with your Garry Duncan artist print you will need to:

• Notify us immediately in writing upon receipt of artists print (No later than 48 hours after receipt of print).
• Designate whether or not you wish to have either a refund or exchange for another artists print.
• Return the artists print to us within 7 days of receipt
• We cannot reimburse postage on refunds.
• Print must be packed to the standard of original shipping and shipped via same standard as was posted to you.
• Upon receipt of the artists print we will either refund your purchase or should you choose send you another artists print (limited to the same monetary value as your original purchase.)  
• We can only make one exchange so please choose carefully.  

Privacy Policy

At no time will your personal or financial details be divulged to any other parties outside the need for normal financial transaction and shipping purposes.  

Your personal details will be kept for our limited edition integrity records (you can opt out of this).

We offer you the option of joining Garry’s online community.  Not only can you continue to enjoy Garry’s “company” online but it is also a good way to see what new events and products are coming that you might be interested in. ( You can also opt out of this if you wish).

Customs, Duty and Taxes

When we send your Garry Duncan Limited Edition Artist Print outside of Australia we can not be responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges which your home country may charge.

Care of your Artist Print

• Avoid placing in direct sunlight.
• Do not hang outside.
• Clean only occasionally with a damp (never wet) cloth using water only and never use cleaning products or solvents.
• Avoid placing your artist print somewhere it may be chipped or bumped or have items leaning on it.
